Safari, Instagram, TikTok: put SuperFavory in the first four apps of the Share sheet
Saving a link should be one tap. The order of the apps in the Share sheet belongs to iOS, not to whichever app you are in — so you set it once and it holds everywhere you share from. Eight steps, two minutes.

Before you start
Three things, and the Share sheet will have something to show you.

Install SuperFavory
The Share extension ships inside the app. There is nothing separate to download and nothing to switch on.

Open the app once
iOS only registers a new extension after its app has been launched at least once. Open SuperFavory, sign in, let your library appear — that is what puts it in the list.

Have a page open
Any web page in Safari will do. Without something to share, iOS will not show you a Share sheet at all.
The eight steps
In order. Each picture is the screen you should be looking at.

Tap Share — in Safari, Instagram or TikTok
In Safari, the Share icon sits in the middle of the bottom toolbar: a square with an arrow leaving the top of it. The eight steps below use Safari, because it is the shortest route to the sheet.
Instagram and TikTok put theirs somewhere else — the paper-plane under a post, the arrow down the side of a video — and take one extra tap to reach the iOS sheet. There is a section on both further down.
Photos and Files keep it bottom-left, Notes and Maps top-right. Wherever it hides, it is one of the same three shapes: a tray, a plane or an arrow.

Learn the three bands
The Share sheet stacks three things. At the top, what you are sharing. Below it, a row of round faces — contacts and apps Siri is guessing at. Below that, a row of square app icons.
The row of square icons is the one you can put in order. The round row is not.
The round row reshuffles itself and nothing pins to it. Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri → Show When Sharing removes it altogether, which moves the app row up the sheet.

Swipe the app row and tap More
Drag the row of square icons to the left until you run out of them. The last item is More — three dots in a grey circle.

Tap Edit
You now have the full list: every app on the iPhone that can accept a link. Edit, at the top right, makes it rearrangeable.

Add SuperFavory to Favourites
Scroll down to Suggestions, find SuperFavory, and tap the green plus beside it. The row moves up into Favourites.
Favourites is the whole trick: those are the apps the row shows first, in the order you leave them in.

Drag it into the first four
Every favourite has a handle of three short lines on its right. Press that and drag SuperFavory upwards.
Four is the number to aim for: about four icons fit on screen before the row needs a swipe. First place is best, and fourth is already enough.
Drag by the three-line handle. Anything in the first four stays on screen. - 7
Tap Done
Saved straight away, on this iPhone only. iOS does not sync Share sheet order, so an iPad wants the same eight steps.
Done leaves edit mode and keeps the order. - 8
Open the Share sheet again
Go back to any page and tap Share. SuperFavory is at the front now, no swipe. One tap saves the link, and the app reads the page, writes the summary and files it while you carry on reading.

Check it worked
Three signs, in this order.
- The SuperFavory icon is on screen the moment the Share sheet opens, with no swiping.
- Tapping it opens SuperFavory’s own sheet, with the page title already filled in.
- The link turns up in your Inbox in the app within a few seconds, summary and tags included.
The same trick in Instagram and TikTok
The order you just set does not belong to Safari. It belongs to iOS, so every app that opens the system Share sheet inherits it — Photos, Notes, Mail, Maps, YouTube, your podcast player. There is nothing to set up a second time.
Most apps: nothing more to do
If tapping Share opens the sheet you have been looking at for the last eight steps, you have already finished. SuperFavory is at the front of it.
Instagram and TikTok: one extra tap
Both of these show you their own share panel first — recipients, Add to story, Copy link — with the iOS sheet sitting behind or below it. Your Favourites order still applies once you get there. The only thing that changes is how you get there.

Instagram’s own panel opens with the iOS sheet underneath it. Scroll down to reach it, or tap More, and SuperFavory is in the first four.
TikTok
The arrow down the right-hand side of the video.
TikTok’s panel opens with its own row of apps. More, at the end of that row, hands over to the iOS sheet.
What arrives in your library is the link to the post plus whatever that page shows publicly — the same thing your friend gets when you send it to them.
These two redesign their share panels considerably more often than Apple redesigns its own, so treat the button names above as a hint rather than a map. What you are hunting for is the way out of the app’s panel and into the iOS one: usually the last item in the row, usually called More.
If something is off
Five things go wrong here, and four of them are the same thing.
SuperFavory is not in the list at all
Open the app and wait for your library to appear, then try again — iOS registers an extension on first launch, not on install. If it is still missing, restart the iPhone: the Share sheet keeps a cached list of extensions, and a restart is the only reliable way to clear it.
The order keeps rearranging itself
You edited the round suggestions row rather than the square app row. Suggestions belong to Siri and reorder themselves whenever they like; only Favourites hold a position. Redo steps 3 to 7 on the row of square icons underneath.
The icon is there, but tapping it does nothing
The extension needs a signed-in account. Open SuperFavory, sign in, close it, and share again.
It worked on my iPhone but not on my iPad
Share sheet order is stored per device and is not part of iCloud sync. Repeat the eight steps on the iPad.
This sheet has no More button
A few apps — and Share sheets opened from a widget or a notification — show a cut-down version with no app row to edit. Open the link in Safari and share from there instead; the order you set applies everywhere.
